You MUST use the AALAS Login Portal to open a new ALL Account, simply to assure that your UGAID is associated with your ALL account and your ALL account is affiliated with UGA.
If you have used the ALL in the past as an affiliate to UGA, your login ID and password have been changed. Login to the UGA AALAS login portal using your UGA MyID and password.
If you are a UGA/OVPR Affiliate, use the login ID and password assigned to you in that process.
If you have not provided ALL with other data in your profile (salutation, suffixes, etc.) ALL will require you to provide this information before sending you to the course catalog and training records web page.
If you are not a UGA faculty, staff or student and have not created a UGA/OVPR affiliate user name, you must request a UGA/OVPR affiliate username and password, then access the AALAS Learning Library training site using the UGA AALAS Portal in order to establish yourself as a UGA affiliate on the CITI training site.

If you have previously used the AALAS training website as a UGA affiliate without using the AALAS Learning Library, you must request a UGA/OVPR affiliate username and password, then use the UGA AALAS Portal for your next login to AALAS Learning Library. You will be authenticated as a UGA person (faculty, staff, student, UGA/OVPR affiliate), and your AALAS Learning Library account will then be updated with your UGAID and other credentials, and all will be in order.
